Creating items in PebblePad
PebblePad provides a selection of generic templates you can use to help structure your reflections, make plans and gather evidence.
Some courses may also provide custom templates that you need to complete. The most common of these is a Workbook.
All templates can be found in your Resource Store.
You can also build your own assets from scratch.
Uploading (items created outside of PebblePad)
You can upload most file formats to your Asset Store. Guidance on uploading to your asset store can be found on the PebblePad help pages
Accepted upload formats include:
- Presentations (odp, ppt, pptx)
- Spreadsheets (csv, ods, xls, xlsx)
- Documents (doc, docx, odt, pdf, txt,)
- Images (bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, svg)
- Audio files (mp3, mp4, wav, wma)
- Videos (avi, mp4, mpg, mpeg, mov, wmv)
The recommended format for images is JPEG, audio is MP3, and videos is MP4.
The maximum file size for a single upload is 250MB. If you'd like to upload something larger than this, please contact IT support for help to reduce the file size.
