PebblePad Alumni Account

One of the main reasons we use PebblePad is because you can continue to access everything in your Asset Store and carry on using the platform for free even after you've finished your course with us.

This is useful for all students but especially important for some professionally accredited courses, where you may need to continue to gather and reflect on your practice and refer back to your previous experiences to maintain your qualification (see Nursing and Midwifery Revalidation, for example).

To ensure you don't lose access to all the work you've done during your studies, you need to create a PebblePad alumni account.

You should do this after your final assessment, but before your IT end date.

If you miss doing this before your IT end date, we can recover your account up to a maximum of 12 months later. After this time, your account will be fully deleted.

To recover your PebblePad account, please email PebbleHelp@shu.ac.uk or call IT Service Desk on 0114 225 3333. You will need to complete an ID check and provide a new contact email for them to connect your new alumni account to.
