Issues logging into My Student Record

Some students have reported issues logging into My Student Record (https://msr.shu.ac.uk/) since the annual upgrade that was completed on Wednesday 10^th of April 2024.

If you come across an error message when you are trying to log into My Student Record (such as one saying HTTP Status 404 – Not Found) please try the following resolutions:

Clear the Cache /Browsing History on the web browser you are using
Use an alternative browser
