Issues logging into My Student Record 

Some students have reported issues logging into My Student Record ( since the annual upgrade that was completed on Wednesday 10th of April 2024.

If you come across an error message when you are trying to log into My Student Record (such as one saying HTTP Status 404 – Not Found) please try the following resolutions:

  • Clear the Cache /Browsing History on the web browser you are using
  • Use an alternative browser
