Every course at SHU has one or more Student Support Advisers assigned to support students. Your named Student Support Adviser will have knowledge about your course as well as about support available across the University.
General Appointments
Advisers have appointments available across the week, by telephone, online and face-to-face. You can book an appointment with your Student Support Adviser yourself, click here Student Support Advisers Appointments, or you can call Hallam Help on 0114 225 2222 and ask them to book an appointment for you. If your named adviser isn’t available, you can widen your search to other advisers in the department.
Email Queries
You can also contact your Student Support Adviser by emailing HallamHelp@shu.ac.uk. In this case they will reply to you by email.
