We record all lost property handed into Security at HOTC and at City campus. We try to make sure that lost items are reunited with you.
There are some items that we will not keep if handed in. These include:
cash
perishable or unhygienic items
living things
We keep items safe for up to one month. If you do not claim an item after this time, it will be donated, recycled, or appropriately disposed of.

To find out if your item has been handed in, you can contact us:
in person at the Security Control Room at (HOTC) or at City (Owen level 5).

Collecting your item
You must show us some identification when collecting your item. This could be your university ID card or driving license.
We may also ask a few questions to confirm that the item belongs to you.
