We record all lost property handed in to our Hallam Help points across campus. We try to make sure that lost items are reunited with you.
There are some items that we will not keep if handed in. These include:
- cash
- perishable or unhygienic items
- living things
We keep items safe for up to one month. If you do not claim an item after this time it will be donated, recycled, or appropriately disposed of.

Collecting your item
You must show us some identification when collecting your item. This could be your university ID card or driving license.
We may also ask a few questions to confirm that the lost item belongs to you.
