Returning your Equipment in-person to Disabled Student Support (City Campus only)
You can return your equipment directly to Hallam Help, Owen building (level 5, City Campus). Opening times can be checked on the main Hallam Help page.
If you are not able to return the item to Hallam Help, please get in contact via filling in our equipment return form.
Returning via Recorded Post
If you wish to return the item via post, please fill in our equipment return form and we will provide you with a postal return slip if you don't have one already.
Please note that this service is normally only available for students outside of the Sheffield area, or who are unable to return the items to campus due to their disability.
Returning Your Equipment at Collegiate Crescent
You can return equipment at any time between 10-3 to the Porters Lodge, Broomgrove Road. Please make sure you return your items in the provided postage bag.
The Porters Lodge is open 10am-3pm.
To get to the Porters' Lodge at Collegiate Campus
Go to the Heart of the Campus building and exit via the Broomgrove Road entrance.
Look to the right and you will now see a small building with a ramp entrance. This is the porters' lodge. Knock on the door, and somebody will come out to see you.
