If you have a question we would first recommend that you search the FAQs on Hallam Help.  If you can’t find the answer you can submit an enquiry via the student portal or email hallamhelp@shu.ac.uk  and we will respond within 3 days.  
 
If you have a problem you can talk to a Student Support Adviser who will help you in a 5 minute quick query appointment. you can do this via My Hallam

Drop-in service is for quick queries, general advice and guidance Mon to Fri 10am-12pm and 1-3pm.  The Student Support Adviser may not be able to resolve your issue on the day, but will book you a further appointment with your named Student Support Adviser.  Student Support Adviser details are available on Blackboard when you log on.  They work alongside the academic team as part of your Student Support Triangle.
