If you have used the University ACL code when making your visa application (2HE352), then the BRP will be delivered to the University. Please check your UKVI decision letter for details of the collection address and collect from the Post Office if necessary – we cannot change the collection point.

Book your BRP collection appointment upon arrival in Sheffield
To collect your BRP from the University please login to the MyHallam portal, under the title 'Talk to a Specialist Adviser' click on ‘Book an appointment’ and search for an ‘International Experience - BRP Collection’ appointment.

If the appointment type is not available this means we have not yet received your BRP from the Home Office. Please check again every day. If you still cannot book an appointment one week after arriving in the UK, please raise a case via MyHallam titled ‘BRP Appointment not available’ and we will investigate.

Collecting for dependants
If you are also collecting for dependants, there is no need to book more than one appointment slot.

If you have already collected your BRP and now need to collect for your dependants, please email hallamhelp@shu.ac.uk with full names and dates of birth for your dependants. We will get in touch with you once their BRPs are ready for collection.
