We're making it easier to access high quality support. With the introduction of My Hallam Help Appointments you’re able to book, manage, and check-in for appointments online – and it’s in the same place where you can also search a wide range of FAQ information and raise a query for further help. After a successful pilot we are now planning our next steps to improve how you book appointments - while this is being done we are reverting to UniHub for all Appointments from Monday 7th September to provide a consistent way of doing this for students.
