We're making it easier to access high quality support. With the introduction of My Hallam Help Appointments you’re able to book, manage, and check-in for appointments online – and it’s in the same place where you can also search a wide range of FAQ information and raise a query for further help.We're piloting the new system with the International Experience and Student Funding teams - see below for a quick overview video on how to use the system and direct links to book new appointments.

Book appointments with International Experience Team and Student Funding

International Experience Team

  • Drop in appointment - for quick questions
  • 30 minute short appointment - for
    • international students planning to extend their visa 
    • international students who need advice regarding finance, immigration or other issues affecting their experience
    • refugee and asylum seeker students 
    • all students planning an international/GoGlobal experience 

Student Funding

  • Student Funding Appointment - to discuss complex funding issues. (Please do not book with us to discuss Tuition Fee payment queries. International students should book with the International Experience team in the first instance.)

Booking appointments with everyone else

Appointments with all other staff/teams are unchanged during the pilot, please continue to book via Unihub as normal.
