You can book a wellbeing group session without having to register with the Student Wellbeing Service.

  • View the session titles (which cover popular topics including managing stress, anxiety, depression/low mood, bereavement and more).
  • Click to link to the relevant bookings page on UniHub or Eventbrite, depending on the session.

For the sessions run by Student Wellbeing and bookable on UniHub, you can add your name to a waiting list if they are full and you will be automatically notified if a place becomes free.
