Credit notes are issued by the Finance Directorate to notify you of a reduction in the amount that you owe to the University.
If you have already paid the tuition fees that the credit note relates to you may be due a refund and this can be requested by contacting the Recovery team on 0114 225 5668 or salesledger@shu.ac.uk.
