As a student at Sheffield Hallam University you will be provided with an email address to use during your studies. Most emails sent to you from the university (including announcements, notifications and so on) will be sent to this account.

As the student email service is now provided by Microsoft rather than Gmail, there is no option to forward email to another account. For student's who have previously used Gmail for their student email, any emails sent to your Gmail account will be automatically redirected to your Microsoft email account.

Tip: To make sure that you don't miss anything important you can access your student email on your mobile phone or other mobile device.
